Penthouse 42nd Floor Seascape Tower - Y6 were awarded the penthouse design for the 42nd floor of the Seascape Building. Currently in design and construction development we worked closely with our overseas client and local Seascape team to create a design that was showcased in Denizen magazine Autumn 2022. Our design is influenced by the amazing views of Auckland and the textural and material palette of the horizon and locality within the city of Auckland. The ‘ Stars Above the Sea’ poem by Amos Russel Wells describes our thought provoking concept design.
